Videoproduction for students

Traditional Animation

The production of a classic animation begins with all the frames being recorded and then played back in quick succession. In principle, it is like a flip book with the special feature that photos are usually taken of the images, which are compiled on the computer and played back quickly. This gives the illusion of movement.

This type of animation can have a very unique style and is particularly suitable if you like to draw by hand. You can bring drawings on paper to life. Animated films can be created and almost any content can be realized in this way.

It is important to note that a great deal of effort is involved here. Because the images are created in analog form, there is no possibility of using technical support (tweening or computer simulations). The effort involved is comparable to creating stop motion videos.
You should also make sure that the frames are even, i.e. that things do not shift or change colors when they are not supposed to.
