Digital Animation

Digital animations are produced on the computer using animation programs. There are 2D and 3D animations, which can also be mixed. There are basically two methods of creating animations: frame by frame. Each frame is created individually. This requires at least approx. 15 frames for one second of animation (15fps).
The second method: tweening. Here the computer automatically generates calculated movements between predefined extreme points.
In both cases, a video is created which shows moving figures - in 2D or 3D.

The digital animations are suitable for everything and can be implemented in any way. For example, explanatory videos with 2D symbols through to 3D films that convey content through their story can be created. Animations can be used to present complex issues or interlinked content very well. However, creating an animated film can be very time-consuming.

This requires a lot of technical and artistic understanding and knowledge of the required programs. Animation assets or simple projects are nevertheless well suited for beginners.
