The etherpad enables the simultaneous editing of a document. In a chat it is possible to exchange information via text. Each author has a color which indicates authorship. The etherpad offers a few basic formatting options but no table or picture insertion. The development can be tracked in the development player, where time lapses and markings for particular parts are available as well. The written text can be exported in several formats.
Since the Video is in German, please follow the English description below.
  1. Click on “Add New Item” and select “Etherpad”.
  2. Enter the name for the etherpad in the line “Title” and enter an optional description in the intended text field.
  3. Confirm the input by clicking on “Add Etherpad”.
  1. Select the "Online" checkbox in the Properties” tab to put the Etherpad online start using it.
  2. Confirm the input by clicking on "Save".
  1. Under the tab “Etherpad” click on the color-marked selection area.
  2. Select your name.
  3. By clicking on the colored marking, you activate the color field and now choose a desired color and click on “Speichern” (save).
  1. To get an overview of the development history of your etherpad, click on top of the right section on the watch symbol.
  2. By clicking on the button left to the timeslider function, you can import and export data or export the etherpad as one of the listed formats.
