Update abgeschlossen – Wichtiger Hinweis zu Übungsabgaben

Das Update auf ILIAS 10 ist abgeschlossen, im Hintergrund laufen noch Migrationen von Medienobjekten und Content Styles, weshalb es bis voraussichtlich nächsten Freitag zu langsameren Ladezeiten und nicht angezeigten Übungsabgaben kommen kann. Neuerungen im Überblick

A portfolio template can help your students structuring their portfolios. So you can for example set the number of portfolio pages per task. This way you can communicate your requirements transparently. On each page of the portfolio template you can also insert spaces for texts or other media that can be filled by your students by clicking on it.

Tutorials

Since the videos are in German, please follow the English descriptions below.

  1. Click on “Add New Object” and choose “Portfolio Template”.
  2. Add a title to your template.
  3. Now either choose one of your old templates or create a new one by clicking on “Create Portfolio Template”.
  4. If you want to create a new template you can now, e.g. by clicking on “Add Page” add a new page to your template. Now click on "Save". After saving the new page you can edit it to your preferences by clicking on “Edit Page”. When you are finished click on “Insert" to confirm your changes.
  5. After finishing all portfolio pages you can share the portfolio by selecting the tab “Settings” and checking  “Online”.
  6. After saving your students can create their own portfolios using your template. To do so they select the blue tag at the end of the shown template and click on “Create Portfolio From Template”.
  1. Create your own portfolio from a template by clicking on the blue arrow next the the portfolio template. Now select the option “Create Portfolio From template”.
  2. Now you can give your Portfolio a name. By clicking on “Create” you confirm your entry.
  3. To edit the page click on “Edit Portfolio” and choose the page you want to edit. To do so click on “Edit Page”.
