Update abgeschlossen – Wichtiger Hinweis zu Übungsabgaben

Das Update auf ILIAS 10 ist abgeschlossen, im Hintergrund laufen noch Migrationen von Medienobjekten und Content Styles, weshalb es bis voraussichtlich nächsten Freitag zu langsameren Ladezeiten und nicht angezeigten Übungsabgaben kommen kann. Neuerungen im Überblick

The online meeting tool enables you to establish an Adobe Connect session to share screens, do video calls, use a shared whiteboard, chat and to use further tools like polls or shared notes. The tool is saving records of sessions and shared files.

Currently the service is not available due to server overload.

Tutorials

Since the videos are in German, please follow the English descriptions below.

  1. Click on “Add New Object” and select “Online Meeting”.
  2. Confirm your choice by clicking on “Add Online Meeting”.
  3. Give your meeting a title and adjust the configurations.
  1. Under the tab “Online Meeting” you can enter the meeting room. Click on “Enter Room”. Afterwards the Adobe Connect meeting page will open.
  2. Moderators can add “Pods” by clicking on the “Pods” button. There you can select the preferred options.
  3. To record a meeting choose the “Meeting” button and select “Record Meeting”. After the end of the meeting you can find the records in the lower part of the meeting object on Ilias.
