- The learning module is set up like this: We have put together information pages for you. After each information page, there is a page with questions. These questions will help you repeat, consolidate, and apply the content you have learned. You can go to other pages using the blue arrow at the top and bottom right of each page. At the end of the learning module, you will find a handout that summarizes the important rules for file management. You can download this overview, share it with others, and print it out if you need to. This will make it easy for you to refer to the learning content in your daily work. You can find the questions from this learning module in the quiz "How Well Do You Organize Your Files?" This quiz is included in this online course. You can use it to check or refresh your knowledge at any time.
